1. About us

2. By placing an order you confirm that
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are buying for use in the United Kingdom only.
3. Forming a contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If a product becomes unavailable or we identify a pricing error, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Where applicable, VAT is included and shown separately at checkout.
- Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Card payments are processed securely by Global Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
- We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a price changes significantly between order and confirmation, we'll contact you to confirm before processing.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, charges and areas are set out in our Shipping & Deliverypage. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once you've paid in full.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details, including exceptions for sealed food, drink and hygiene products, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right.
8. Your account and the website
- You are responsible for keeping any login details you create secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated systems to scrape or copy our content.
- All content on the site (text, images, layout, code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce it without permission.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including your statutory rights as a consumer).
Subject to that, our total liability under or in connection with the contract is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or business losses.
10. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, courier failures, severe weather, supplier shortages or government action.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you placed it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
