Delivery areas
We deliver across mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. If you're not sure whether we cover your postcode, email us at info@bzexpress.uk before placing the order.
Delivery charges
- Minimum order value: £20.00(excluding VAT and delivery). We can't process orders below this.
- Standard delivery: £4.99 flat fee on orders below £40.00.
- Free delivery on orders of £40.00 or more (subtotal before VAT).
Delivery times
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 (noon) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are processed the next working day.
At checkout you can choose your preferred delivery date. We'll always aim to meet it, but delivery dates are an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by courier availability or weather.
Tracking your order
We send an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed and a further update when it's dispatched. If your delivery hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the expected date, please contact us at info@bzexpress.ukwith your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Receiving your delivery
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the goods and check that the cartons are intact. If a delivery is missed, the courier will normally attempt redelivery the next working day or leave a card with instructions.
If a delivery looks damaged on arrival, please note it on the courier's paperwork (or refuse the delivery) and let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right.
Bulky and pallet orders
Large or pallet-sized orders may need a kerbside delivery slot booked with you in advance. We'll contact you directly to arrange access if this applies.
